選 Krug Grand Cuvee、Drappier Carte-d'Or Brut 和 Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve，因為月前在 idwine.com 的試酒會中獲評審團最多掌聲。加全系列三款 Barons de Rothschild 香檳則由於是Chateau Lafite Rothschild 及 Chateau Mouton Rothschild 破天荒首次合作釀出來的葡萄酒，而且新上市，較有新鮮感。Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Demi-sec 更不用多說，是衝著食神梁文韜的甜品而來。
